What is Animal Face?
Animal Face is a modern, top-shelf hybrid from Seed Junky Genetics, the California breeder also behind Wedding Cake’s Animal Mints line. It takes the gassy, piney profile and potency of Face Off OG and smooths it out with the sweet, minty dough of Animal Mints.
At HZY Goods in East Orange, Animal Face has been on our menu every week since spring. It’s our best-selling named strain, and we carry it as flower, pre-rolls, rosin and rosin gummies.
Animal Face genetics & lineage
Animal Face is a cross of Face Off OG, a heavy, gassy OG Kush-family indica, and Animal Mints, a Cookies-family hybrid known for sweet, minty flavor. The “#10” in Animal Face #10 is the number of the plant the breeder kept from the seed run.
Animal Mints is also a parent of Wedding Cake, so the two share some of that sweet, doughy character. Animal Face is gassier and usually stronger.
